Dear guests! In order to avoid misunderstandings and ensure a pleasant holiday, please read the following regulations. Making a reservation means concluding an agreement between the Lessee-Client and the Lessor-Owner of the booked facility. The owner of the apartments is MGM Resorts Sp. z o.o.

  1. Confirmation of making a reservation is tantamount to reading, accepting and accepting the terms and conditions.
  2. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day.
  3. Check-out is until 11:00. In order to check out, please lock the apartment, put the keys in the same locker using the same code as at check-in.
  4. Stays are subject to a tourist tax set by the City of Krynica-Zdrój (rate per person 6.20 PLN/day).
  5. The rented apartment must be left in the same condition as it was on arrival. If the Tenant leaves dirty dishes, kitchen appliances or rubbish, a fee of PLN 200 will be charged.
  6. The Tenant is obliged to comply with the rules of good neighbourliness, including the observance of quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. In the event of an extremely gross or hooligan violation of the rules, the Landlord is entitled to withdraw from the agreement with immediate effect and remove the Tenant and his companions from the apartment with the assistance of the police.
  7. In case of cancellation of the reservation made within 7 days before the planned stay, the amount of the advance payment will be refunded. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 7 days before the planned stay, the Tenant is not entitled to a refund of the deposit.
  8. The Tenant may change the date of the stay in the Apartment free of charge, provided that such change is made at least 2 days (48 hours) before the original date of the reservation and is accepted by the Landlord. The landlord has the right to refuse to change the date of stay if it is not possible for objective reasons (no available apartments on the selected date). In the event of withdrawal from the agreement due to the inability to make changes in the date of stay, the Tenant is not entitled to a refund of the advance payment.
  9. Changing the date of stay or cancelling the reservation can be done by contacting the Landlord by e-mail at the following address: rezerwacje@mgmkrynica.pl or by phone at: +48 539-008-800.
  10. The client undertakes to use the apartment in accordance with its intended purpose, not to remove any elements of its furnishings and decorations from the apartment.
  11. To secure any claims for damages, the Landlord reserves the right to charge an interest-free deposit in the amount of PLN 500. The deposit is returned to the tenant upon check-out. With pre-authorization of a payment card, the Bank unblocks the funds after 7-14 days.
  12. The tenant bears full financial responsibility for any kind of damage or destruction of objects, equipment and technical devices of the apartment caused by the fault of the tenant or the guests visiting him. In the event of damage to the apartment or deficiencies in its furnishings, the deposit in its entirety (or part thereof, adequately to the identified deficiencies or damages) is credited towards the costs of necessary repairs or additions to the equipment.
  13. If you are coming with a dog/cat, the owner of the animal should have a health book or passport with a current rabies vaccination record. We also ask you to bring a muzzle with you. Dogs are allowed on a leash on the premises. The waste is cleaned up by the owner of the animal. Pets are charged 40 PLN per day per pet.
  14. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment (smoke detectors are installed). A tenant who does not comply with the ban will be charged a fee of PLN 200 for refreshing the rooms, equipment and washing curtains.
  15. The tenant is obliged to secure the apartment each time in the event of leaving it by locking the windows and entrance door with a key and carefully taking care of the key and remote controls. In case of loss or damage to the keys to the apartment, remote control for the entrance gate and garage, the Tenant is obliged to pay a fee of PLN 100 for the purchase and replacement of the lock and PLN 100 for the purchase of a new remote control.
  16. The tenant undertakes not to exceed the number of people staying with him in the apartment beyond the number specified in the reservation form. In the event of a change in the declared number of people using the apartment, the Landlord is entitled to collect the due remuneration for the stay of the undeclared person.
  17. Visitors are welcome to stay in the apartment from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  18. An integral part of the above regulations is the list of equipment that is part of the apartment’s equipment.
